Why Use a VPN for Brawl Stars
Access the Game Anywhere
Traveling or stuck on a network that blocks games? Windscribe lets you play Brawl Stars in more places and on more Wi-Fi networks, including school, work, and hotels.

Hide Your IP Address
Exposing your IP online can reveal your location and make you easier to target. Windscribe masks your IP address and swaps it with one of ours, so your identity stays behind the screen.

Defend Against Threats
Online games come with risks: DDoS attacks, doxing, swatting attempts, and more. Windscribe adds an extra layer of privacy with AES-256 encryption.

Reduce Ping & Lag
High ping can come from bad routing, not just bad internet. Switching Windscribe locations can sometimes give you a cleaner route and reduce lag.

Stay Safe on Public Wi-Fi
Playing Brawl Stars on the go? Public Wi-Fi can be risky. Windscribe’s Firewall seals your data inside the VPN tunnel and makes sure nothing leaks while you win fights.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use VPN for Brawl Stars?

Generally, yes. Supercell’s Terms of Service don’t call out VPNs by name, but they do say you can’t use cheats, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the game, and you can’t do anything that disrupts the service (including denial-of-service attacks). So, using a VPN for privacy or safer Wi-Fi is okay, but using anything that messes with gameplay or breaks their rules is where you get into trouble.
What is the best VPN for Brawl Stars?

It’s Windscribe, of course. Our servers are optimized for gaming, and we have easy-to-set-up mobile apps for both Android and iOS. Plus, we offer servers in 69+ countries and 120+ cities and a ton of privacy features, like strong encryption, a powerful Firewall, our malware blocker R.O.B.E.R.T., a strict no-identifying-logs policy, and more. What if Brawl Stars doesn’t work with my VPN?

If your Brawl Stars isn’t working with Windscribe, try these steps:
- Switch server locations
- Change your protocol
- Try another device or network
Still having trouble? Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.
Is Brawl Stars cross-region?

Mostly, Brawl Stars matches you on the best or closest server region for stable games, but you can play with friends in other regions. Supercell’s own support says that if you’re playing with friends outside your global region, matchmaking may switch you to the next-best server to make the match work.
Does Supercell allow VPNs?

Yes, they do. They don’t explicitly ban VPNs in their Terms of Service. What Supercell clearly bans is using third-party tools that interfere with gameplay (cheats, mods, bots, etc.) and any activity that disrupts the service. So if you’re using a VPN for privacy, you’re not automatically violating any rules, but if you use it as part of cheating, abuse, or breaking other rules, Supercell can take action under the Terms.
Is it illegal to use a VPN for gaming?

In most countries, VPNs are legal and common. The exceptions are countries where VPN use is banned or heavily restricted, and that’s a local law issue, not a gaming issue.
