If you mean Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, then yes, it's available in the U.S. (it has U.S. storefront listings on both Steam and the Epic Games Store). If you mean the original Blue Protocol (Bandai Namco/Amazon Games western release), that western version was canceled, and the Japanese service shut down in January 2025.
