A user agent request header is a unique string of characters that includes details such as browser type, operating system and device information.
Mix it Up
Your user agent can be used to identify you. By turning on Split Personality, Windscribe will rotate your user agent between the most common ones out there, to reduce the chance of basic fingerprinting.
By the way
Keep in mind this feature will not eliminate advanced fingerprinting, since the browser extensions don't have access to certain browser functions.
